NeatVision Cleaning Agency Ltd provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial property cleaning
  • Deep cleaning and sanitization services
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Regular maintenance cleaning programs
  • Specialized cleaning for healthcare and educational facilities

Our services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Emergency cleaning services may be available upon request with additional charges.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintaining the security of your password and account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these terms and are at least 18 years of age.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is transparent and based on:

  • Size and type of property or area to be cleaned
  • Frequency of cleaning services (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Specific cleaning requirements and special services needed
  • Time of service (standard hours vs. emergency/after-hours)

Payment terms include:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
  • For recurring services, payment may be arranged on a monthly basis
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for scheduled services

Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in our service agreement.

5. Liability and Insurance Coverage

NeatVision Cleaning Agency Ltd maintains comprehensive liability insurance to protect our clients and our business. Our coverage includes:

  • General liability insurance up to £2,000,000
  • Professional cleaning equipment coverage
  • Workers' compensation for our staff
  • Bonding for employee reliability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage to items not properly secured or stored
  • Loss of items left in areas being cleaned
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear during cleaning

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use personal information only for legitimate business purposes including:

  • Scheduling and providing cleaning services

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice:

  • For recurring services: 7 days written notice required
  • For one-time services: 24 hours notice preferred
  • We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and notify us of the termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • Mediation services if direct negotiation fails
  • Courts of England and Wales for legal proceedings

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and finding mutually acceptable solutions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
